As experts in encoders, Hohner Automation continues to adapt to the needs of the market, offering flexible and easy-to-configure solutions with the highest quality standards. And now they present the new MRH Series, which stands out for its ultra-compact design and high mechanical robustness.
This non-contact incremental encoder is perfect for space-constrained applications. Thanks to its easy mounting between motor and gearbox, it fits all IEC electric motors, and is fully protected against dust, liquids and corrosion, even during high-pressure cleaning, due to its IP67 protection.
Within the range of Hohner’s bearingless encoders, a wide variety of products can be found, such as the MR Series, a cost-effective solution with 1ppr resolution and A and B output signals. The new MRH Series features high signal quality with resolutions up to 4096ppr. In addition, it is offered in a wide variety of mechanical options, with shafts from 9 to 28mm diameter, adapting to different types of motors. Its incredibly compact design adds a maximum of 15mm to the overall length, avoiding unwanted motor modifications.
