At Hohner Automation we develop bearingless encoders. Unlike traditional encoders, bearingless encoders use Hall effect magnetic technology to detect speed, position or direction of rotation.
These bearingless encoders are designed to withstand harsh environments with dirt, vibration and shock where a bearing encoder would normally fail. We offer encoders with a lot of versatility, we can find them in cranes, engines, trucks, textile machines, automatic guided vehicles, wind turbines, measuring machines… among other applications thanks to their easy integration.
